What exactly is a credit?

One credit is one exchange with an agent — your message and its reply. Intake with Daiven is free; the counter only starts once an agent takes the session.

What happens when I run out of credits mid-session?

The session pauses rather than degrading. You can top up, wait for the monthly reset, or export the transcript and come back. Nothing is silently truncated.

Does the trial auto-convert to a paid plan?

No. The trial is 200 credits and fourteen days, with no card on file. When it ends you choose a plan or you do not — we do not email you three times about it.

How does yearly billing work?

You pay for twelve months up front at the discounted rate and credits are issued monthly. Cancel mid-term and unused whole months are refunded.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, in one click. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next reset so you keep the credits you already paid for.

Is anything about my data priced differently?

No. Encryption, export, and deletion are identical on every plan including the trial. Privacy is not a paid feature.
